We're excited to share another new feature available in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal!
Families can now conveniently submit attendance requests directly through the Parent Portal. Whether your student will be absent due to illness, a medical appointment, or another reason, you can quickly notify the school online—no phone call or email required.
Plan Ahead
One of the best features of Attendance Requests is the ability to submit planned absences as soon as you know about them. If you already have upcoming doctor appointments, family trips, or other planned absences scheduled throughout the school year, you can submit those requests in advance instead of waiting until the day of the absence.
Before You Begin
To access Attendance Requests, you must:
Complete your student's Online Registration.
Have your registration reviewed and processed by district staff.
Activate your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account using the activation email you receive after your registration has been approved.
If you've already completed Online Registration, thank you! Please allow time for our staff to review and process your registration. Once processing is complete, you'll receive an email with instructions to activate your Parent Portal account.
How to Submit an Attendance Request
Log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Select your student.
Navigate to
More > Attendance Requests
.
Enter the date(s), reason for the absence, and any additional details.
Submit your request.
School staff will review your submission and update your student's attendance accordingly.
Please Note
Attendance requests can be submitted for full-day absences, late arrivals, early departures, and multiple-day absences.
Please include important details, such as appointment times or additional information, in the comments section.
As we prepare for the new school year, attendance requests submitted during the summer may not be reviewed until school offices reopen. You are welcome to submit requests now—they will be processed as soon as staff return.
