On Friday morning, June 2, staff and students honored Don Foley as he walked through the halls as a teacher here at G-E-T one last time.
What does the number 6,460 mean to you? For Most of us it is a random number. But, for one of us here today it means a lifetime of dedication to one district. 6,460 is the same as 34 years of teaching. This morning we would like to take a moment to recognize Mr. Foley and thank him for his hard work and dedication to the many students that he has worked with both in the classroom and on the track and field. Please step out into the hallway so we can recognize Mr. Foley with his last walk through the school and wish him a happy retirement.
Congratulations to Jordan Stanislowski for qualifying for the State Track meet in LaCrosse for the Triple Jump.
